If for any reason you are dissatisfied, purchase price will gladly be refunded upon return receipt of the item within two weeks of original shipment date. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We request that you allow 6 weeks for shipments, routine shipments are usually within 2-3 business days. Since special order items are made after the order is received, shipment times vary, depending on the time required to hand-make the specified item; you will be notified of the anticipated shipping date.
